Before the Wedding

  • 1-2 pre wedding consultation sessions via video call

  • Supplying any vendor recommendations

  • Help creating a detailed wedding day timeline

Price starting at $1,000

The Wedding Day

  • Up to 9 hours on- site with coordinator

  • Direction of the ceremony 

  • Coordinating and assisting in the set up of the ceremony and reception

  • Point of contact for all vendors

  • Setting up small details such as place cards, favors, guest books, signs, etc. 

  • Assisting the wedding party and the guests 

  • Working closely with the DJ/Music vendor and officiant on music and timeline

  • Distribution of final payments and any gratuity to vendors

  • Gathering all decorations to one area at the end of the night 

  • Dealing with any hiccups so that you don't have to

Wedding Planning Packages

Package 1                                     

Before the Wedding

  • 8 Planning meetings, I am with you every step of the way with every detail

    • Creating Timeline​

    • Budgeting 

    • Vendor referrals based on budget

    • Communication with vendors

  • 5 Hours of design consultation

    • Creating a mood board​

    • Communicating and picking vendors

    • Ensure design elements flow

  • 2 Venue Walk-Thus

    • Brainstorming layout for the wedding​

    • Finalize decor placement

    • Create floor plan

  • Making Vendor appointments

  • Attending Vendor Meetings

  • Help managing wedding website

  • Rehearsal Coordination

    • Make sure that bridal party understands mechanics of ceremony​

    • Ceremony practice/walk through

    • Practice ceremony readings/ seating, etc.

  • Assistance with Travel arrangements and other guest needs

  • Assemble and mail save the dates and invitations

Add- ons

  • Additional Coordinator- $30 Per Hour

  • Additional On-Site Hours- $100 Per Hour

  • Additional Planning Meeting- $100 per 60 minute meeting

  • Additional Venue Walk Through- $100 per walk through + travel

  • Welcome Event or Day- After Brunch Event planning/ coordinating- $800 (Starting Price)

    • Many people have additional events and want coordination on the weekend of their wedding. Your planner will help you find a location and vendors to make your event successful​

  • Rehearsal Coordination and Planning- $100 + Travel/ possible lodging (Starting Price) 

    • Planner is always present at rehearsal processional/ recessional walkthroughs, but you can also add on coordination where we will help secure catering, rentals, and design​

Not included:

  • Clearing/ Cleaning of food plates/ cups/ utensils

  • Climbing on ladders to hang items

  • Floral services 

  • Off site errands

  • Clean/ take out trash

  • Transport or handle gifts

  • Return or pick up rental items

  • Hair and makeup services

  • DJ/MC Services

  • Table set up (additional charge)
